Veggie Week: Artichoke & Tomato Pizza

Day 4: Going strong. I must say though that this pizza is delicious with chicken  added to it, and I was tempted.

I was lazy last night and bought alot of these ingredients instead of making the dough from scratch!



  • Pizza dough [I used a package of 99 cent pizza dough and only used half]
  • Garlic Spread [Most grocery stores carry a spread by the gourmet bread, like a white cream sauce]
  • 1 can of artichokes [14 oz]
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Make the pizza dough according to instructions but make sure the dough is very thin. This pizza is meant to be thin. After you roll the pizza dough, cover it with the garlic cream sauce and top with cheese, artichokes, and cut up tomatoes. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
